Consultation & Training on Neurodiversity in the Workplace

According to the NIMH, 1 out of 5 Americans has a hidden disability which impacts all areas of their lives. With 1 out of 150 Americans on the Autistic Spectrum (diagnosed with High-Functioning Autism, Asperger Syndrome, NLD, or PPD-NOS), 1 out of 4 Americans suffering from a Mood Disorder at some point in their adult lives, and and 1 out of 100 adults diagnosed with Schizophrenia, companies, educational institutions, and organizations can no longer afford to ignore the specialized needs of these neurodiverse individuals in the workforce. Consulting Services:

Neurodiverse individuals often have incredivle potential as key thought leaders in an organization. However, the common workplace is frequently a difficult place for them to navigate, leaving their full potential largely untapped -- for both the organization and the individual.

As an independent counseling psychologist, EvoLibri's principal can ethically and legally address sensitive topics directly with neutrality, compassion, and discretion -- which in many instances, human resource are not legally able to do:
